- A minimum of 4-6 years of experience as Economist specialising in quantitative economic analysis in public sector consultancy or related fields.
- Masters degree in economics political science mathematics or applied statistics.
- Project management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent analytical skillswith the ability to draw insightful conclusions from data andcommunicate complex economic concepts clearly to non-specialists.
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to write clear and concise reports and deliver engaging presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients stakeholders and team members from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience working in a consulting firm or other professional services environment preferred.
- Expertise in methods such as econometrics counterfactual analysis and network analysis.
- Excellent knowledge of EC Better Regulation Guidelines.
- Experience running Cost-Benefit Cost-Effectiveness and Multi-Criteria Analyses in the context of evaluations and impact assessments.
- Working knowledge in R or Python for data analysis.
- Nice to have : Previous experience with consulting.
