Consultant expert E-Health

The data governance expert will participate in strategic projects aimed at improving the integration management and valuation of health data while ensuring its accessibility security and compliance.

It will actively contribute to the Agencys decision-making and strategic positioning in terms of data governance in the context of e-Health projects (internal collaborative or external) based on the potential functional architectural and organisational impacts at the level of the client the Walloon Health Network and other operators related to the Agencys missions and interoperability requirements.

The expert will act as an interface between the Agencys business teams and IT with an assignment within the Digital Division in collaboration with the CIO the CISO and the IT directors. He will provide structuring support to the Agencys business agents to ensure a coherent governance of data assets and will contribute to the drafting of the governance documentation (business glossary data catalogue management policies) necessary for the integration of the Agencys information system into the social protection ecosystem in Wallonia (recovery of pseudonymised or anonymised data for secondary use flows necessary for the exercise of the Agencys powers).

The data governance expert will identify the opportunities offered by e-Health solutions as part of the Agencys digital transformation.

He will ensure that business concepts are defined in an unambiguous shared and contextualized way in order to ensure their correct interpretation in all use cases.

Finally it will ensure that an evolving dynamic modular historized and multidisciplinary exchange of data is possible via structured standardised and codified information sets based on a relevant business concept called CareSet.
