We are looking for a Confirmed Functional Analyst to support a migration and modernisation project involving critical business applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and document current (AS-IS) and future (TO-BE) business processes.
• Organise and facilitate workshops and meetings with business stakeholders.
• Gather structure and analyse business requirements.
• Create clear functional documentation and deliverables for implementation teams.
• Ensure the implemented solution aligns with the agreed business requirements.
• Identify impacts across different departments and business areas.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams throughout the project.

Required Skills

• Confirmed experience as a Functional Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of BPMN UML Use Cases and User Stories.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience in testing and solution validation.
• Strong analytical conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication facilitation and active listening skills.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into practical solutions.
• Strong cross-functional and stakeholder management capabilities.
