Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Chief Architect to define and drive end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise applications. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership to development teams establish architecture and coding standards and work closely with business and technical stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise applications.
• Provide technical leadership guidance and mentoring to development teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop technical estimations solution approaches and project plans.
• Establish and promote coding standards architectural principles and development best practices.
• Support Agile delivery teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Drive adoption of microservices cloud DevOps and CI/CD practices.
• Ensure solutions are scalable secure maintainable and aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
• Contribute to technical decision-making and architectural reviews.
• Guide teams on database security IAM and integration considerations.

Essential Skills & Experience

• 810 years of relevant software architecture and development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java Spring Boot and Microservices.
• Proven experience defining solution architecture and leading development teams.
• Strong knowledge of AWS or Azure cloud technologies.
• Solid understanding of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with database technologies such as Oracle or PostgreSQL.
• Strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and design principles.
• Experience with cloud computing and modern application development practices.
• Strong communication stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.

Good to Have

• Experience in the Banking or Financial Services domain.
• TOGAF Azure Architect or AWS Architect certification.
• Knowledge of Open Banking APIs.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
• Knowledge of performance engineering.
• Experience integrating Security and IAM into enterprise applications.
