Mission
We are seeking a Senior Business Architect to support a large-scale HR transformation initiative. The role focuses on defining the future business architecture operating model governance and transformation roadmap before any technology selection or implementation decisions are made. The objective is to ensure business-driven vendor-neutral decision-making and sustainable organizational change.
Key Responsibilities
Assess and document the current HR landscape processes governance dependencies and organizational challenges.
Design a future-state business architecture aligned with strategic objectives.
Define operating models business capabilities governance structures and guiding principles.
Analyze and optimize HR processes including core HR soft HR workforce management and time registration.
Develop transformation scenarios evaluate options and provide strategic recommendations.
Facilitate stakeholder alignment and support executive decision-making.
Establish prioritization frameworks and phased transformation roadmaps.
Support change management initiatives and assess organizational readiness.
Ensure business requirements remain independent from specific vendors or technology solutions.
Contribute to the development and maturity of business architecture practices within the organization.
Required Skills & Experience
Extensive experience in business architecture within complex organizations.
Proven track record advising executive leadership senior management and C-level stakeholders.
Strong experience in business transformation process optimization and operating model design.
Experience with HR transformation programs including core HR soft HR time registration and HR system strategy.
Knowledge of payroll and HR service delivery models is highly desirable.
Experience facilitating organizational change and stakeholder engagement in service-oriented environments.
Ability to structure decision-making processes and align diverse stakeholder groups.
Experience supporting procurement selection or transformation initiatives in complex organizational environments.
Strong analytical facilitation and strategic planning skills.
Languages
Dutch: Native or bilingual proficiency
