Business Analyst

As an analyst and tester you will strengthen the ARNE environment team for the management of the dematerialization of environment permits and single permits. This team relies on other people/skills from our Digital and the our TLPE. You will mainly be assigned to the business to understand the context and objectives clarify their needs and model/document their expectations. You will support project managers in determining these needs and model/document the expectations of the business.
As an analyst and tester you will work closely with the client team in charge of the coordination and transversal management of the program as well as all the relevant stakeholders.

In this context your responsibilities are as follows:

• Understand the context and objectives of the regional planning profession;
• Model business expectations by highlighting all data flows and exchanges between the various internal and external actors of these processes. This analysis must be carried out in a transversal manner between several departments and serve as a basis for a set of requirements;
• Define the functional and non-functional requirements of the solution to be implemented in agreement with the business lines concerned and the SPW Digital people involved in the project;
• Lead workshops on the analysis and writing of acceptance test scenarios with the business lines;
• Lead in collaboration with the project managers workshops for carrying out tests by the business lines;
• Write validation test scenarios in accordance with the test and quality strategy written and validated by the quality manager of the program team.
• Support the business lines in the execution of written test scenarios
• Communicate and validate all deliverables to the business lines concerned;
• Acquire a global mastery of the profession (concept jargon rules);
• Verify that the solution chosen corresponds to the expectations expressed;
• Contribute to the smooth running of the project within the program;
