Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Capital Markets / Investment Banking knowledge and hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM). The successful candidate will work closely with business and operational stakeholders to gather requirements define IAM processes and support the integration of applications with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
The primary objective of the project is to integrate multiple applications with SailPoint to enable automated user provisioning and access reviews.
Key Responsibilities
Gather analyze validate and document functional and non-functional requirements for IAM initiatives.
Collaborate with Application Owners (AO) Business Owners (BO) and IAM Operations teams to obtain required information and approvals.
Complete AOB templates and coordinate with business stakeholders to secure formal sign-off.
Support the definition of an IAM technical and functional vision aligned with business needs and IAM projects.
Analyze IAM requirements across:
Access Management
Identity Lifecycle Management
Privileged Access Management
Reporting and Analytics
Capture IAM use cases and translate business requirements into clearly defined IAM processes.
Support application onboarding and integration with SailPoint IdentityIQ.
Contribute to automated provisioning and access review capabilities.
Create and maintain IAM governance documentation including policies procedures standards guidelines role definitions and User Access Review processes.
Manage dependencies across multiple IAM initiatives and support successful project delivery.
Work independently with business stakeholders while maintaining effective collaboration with technical and operational teams.
Identify risks dependencies and potential issues and provide practical solutions.
Communicate effectively with business partners and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Essential Skills & Experience
810 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of Capital Markets / Investment Banking.
Strong experience in Business Analysis and requirements gathering.
Proven experience working in Identity & Access Management (IAM) environments.
Strong understanding of Identity Lifecycle Management Access Management PAM access reviews and IAM governance.
Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ particularly application integration provisioning and access review processes.
Experience creating IAM-related policies procedures standards guidelines and governance documentation.
Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
Experience managing multiple project dependencies and supporting IAM implementations.
Strong analytical problem-solving and documentation skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned deliverables.
Desirable
Experience working on large-scale IAM transformation or implementation projects.
Understanding of operational regulatory and risk considerations related to Access and Identity Lifecycle Services.
