A public sector organisation is seeking three Business Analysts to join a multidisciplinary digital transformation team working on the ePV programme a strategic initiative focused on modernising and digitalising police and judicial processes.

• Gather and analyse business and functional requirements
• Define project scope and support solution design activities
• Collaborate with internal and external development teams
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Analyse and map business processes systems and impacts
• Prepare and maintain project and functional documentation
• Support end users through training workshops and communication activities
• Provide second-line support and project reporting
• Communicate updates changes and issues through established channels

• Experience in Business Analysis and process modelling
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Experience with BPMN and UML
• Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills
• Experience with MS Office tools
• Public sector experience is an asset
• Ability to conduct impact analysis and support change initiatives

• Customer-focused and collaborative
• Able to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Fluent in French Dutch and English

• Full-time mission (40h/week)
• Hybrid working model with minimum 2 onsite days per week
