So what are the main responsibilities of a Business Analyst (Applications & User Testing) in Netcompany

As a Business Analyst (Applications & User Testing) you will:

• Coordinate and execute application testing activities including test planning test execution defect tracking and reporting.
• Identify document and prioritise software defects ensuring timely escalation and follow-up with technical teams.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) campaigns and validate delivered fixes and enhancements.
• Monitor recurring application incidents analyse root causes and maintain issue documentation and knowledge repositories.
• Track and follow up on change requests ensuring alignment with approved business requirements and procedures.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to clarify requirements and resolve functional issues.
• Prepare test evidence status reports and documentation to support project and operational activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to application quality support processes and user experience.

Qualifications :

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Bachelors/Masters Degree in Information Systems Business Administration Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst Functional Analyst Application Support Analyst or a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with software testing defect management and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Strong understanding of incident management change request processes and application support activities.
• Familiarity with service management and issue-tracking tools.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and documentation skills with the ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with experience working effectively between business users and technical teams.
• Fluency in English and ability to work independently in a multicultural environment; previous experience within public sector or European Institution environments is an asset
