Job Description
At ICT Workplaces we are constantly faced with the need to renew our hardware. To support the team in this process we are looking for an Assistant Project Manager / Configuration Management Specialist.
At ICT Workplaces we are constantly faced with the need to renew our hardware. To support the team in this process we are looking for an Assistant Project Manager / Configuration Management Specialist.
Responsibilities include among others:
- Creating individual schedules for the hardware rollout
- Contacting affected users via email including collecting and consolidating their responses
- Addressing individual user needs
- Answering user questions and consolidating them into a Wiki/FAQ
- Gathering data for the invoicing process
- Tracking incidents including reporting
- Formulating proposals to proactively prevent incidents and complaints
- Assisting with the coordination of the project team
- Proposing improvements to the configuration management system to ensure data quality.

Context:
- Proven experience as a support specialist in an ICT infrastructure environment senior level (5 years)
- Proven experience with Switching/Routing (Not applicable)
- Proven experience with data center networks (Not applicable)
- Language requirement: Dutch proficiency at European CEFR level C2.

- Proven experience as a support specialist in an ICT infrastructure environment - Must have - 5 years - Senior
- Proven experience in a comparable corporate context (user base > 3000) - Must have - Yes
- Proven experience with user support and (project) communication - Must have - 10 years - Senior
- Proven experience with PowerApps Power BI and Power Query - Must have - Yes
