Senior Business Analyst Brussels Belgium On-Site Contract

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join Agile development teams supporting a major digital transformation programme. You will work closely with business stakeholders product owners developers and testers to analyse business needs define requirements and support the delivery of high-quality digital solutions.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills experience in Agile environments and a solid background in business process modelling and requirements engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather analyse and document business requirements
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand operational needs
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications
• Model business processes using BPMN and UML
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Reviews and Retrospectives
• Collaborate with development and QA teams throughout the software delivery lifecycle
• Prepare user stories acceptance criteria and functional documentation
• Support testing activities including functional and user acceptance testing
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and digital services
• Maintain project documentation using Confluence and collaborate through JIRA
