We are looking to recruit an Accounts Receivable Officerto support Clinigens Belgian based operations.

Reporting to the Financial controller youll be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing along with maintaining excellent client relations. Supporting the AR team with the cash collection process bank reconciliation and ad hoc reporting to ensure that the Department and Company achieve all set objectives and KPIs. This is a hybrid opportunity with a requirement to attend the office in Brussels 3 days per week.

Ways to add value:

As AR Officer youll be responsible for;

• Creating client and intra-company invoices prepayment requests and support the cash collection process with all the necessary information/attachments for the customer
• Providing accurate invoicing data/documentation and verify that all services and costs are billed in the respective month to the client
• Uploading the invoices into financial software and preparing reconciliations
• Collaborating with different departments if information for the billing process is needed
• Creating maintaining and updating work instructions
• Assisting with ad-hoc reporting special projects and other duties as required by the Finance Department
• Supporting the finance team with the balance sheet reconciliation process relating to the billing process
• Being the first contact for customers and maintain excellent client relationships
• Making recommendation to ensure continuous improvement of the client billing process to constantly improve accuracy efficiency and timeliness

About You:

• Degree educated in an accountancy related subject
• Fluent in French and English.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of Finance data and information with stakeholders
• A collaborative working style whilst also understanding the need for independence
• Excellent customer service skills
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement
• Ability to prioritise tasks stay focused and take initiative
• High level of accuracy efficiency and accountability
• Demonstrable knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Finance software and MS office
