Job Summary
Summary: The Site Engineer plays a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of construction projects by overseeing daily site operations maintaining quality and safety standards and coordinating across teams. This position is essential for aligning on-site activities with project plans drawings and timelines contributing directly to project efficiency and compliance. The ideal candidate will be a proactive hands-on professional with proven experience in construction site management capable of resolving technical challenges and driving progress in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
Supervise daily construction site activities
Coordinate with project managers supervisors and workers
Ensure work is completed according to drawings and project requirements
Monitor site progress safety and quality standards
Manage materials manpower and site reporting
Solve day-to-day technical issues at the site
Requirements
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Site Engineer
Good understanding of construction and civil works
Ability to manage and supervise site operations independently
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Candidates currently available in Bahrain are preferred
Required Skills:
Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction projects Solid understanding of cost estimation cost control tendering processes and contract management Proficient in interpreting construction drawings specifications and technical documents Excellent communication analytical and problem-solving abilities Competent in MS Office and industry-standard quantity surveying software Demonstrated ability to work independently manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Required Education:
Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
