Accommodation Handyman Technician

Sofitel Bahrain Zallaq Thalassa Sea & Spa is looking for a skilled and versatile Accommodation / Handyman Technician to maintain our Heartist accommodation to the highest standards. If you have hands-on experience in building maintenance and enjoy working in a dynamic hospitality environment we invite you to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance in Heartist accommodation.
• Perform repairs related to air conditioning (AC) electrical systems plumbing carpentry painting and general building maintenance.
• Inspect accommodation facilities regularly to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
• Troubleshoot and repair faults efficiently while ensuring minimal disruption.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with health safety and company standards.
• Maintain tools equipment and accurate maintenance records.

Qualifications :

• Minimum 2 years of experience in building maintenance preferably in hotels staff accommodation or residential facilities.
• Good working knowledge of air conditioning (AC) systems electrical works and plumbing.
• Experience in general handyman tasks such as carpentry painting and minor repairs.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize maintenance requests effectively.
• Basic English communication skills.
• A positive attitude strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality.
