Your Mission:

• Act as main interface for all quality related topics towards our supplier
• Develop the Quality Assurance Requirements and Culture ensuring robust quality processes cost excellence for program quality execution through collaboration with engineering operations and supply chain-Develop Process Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) and Control Plans in collaboration with Supplier Engineering and Operations
• Moderate Supplier Process FMEA-Support Process and Product Qualification at Suppliers ensuring close engagement and collaboration with M&P Component and Design Engineering
• Contribute as needed to Customer and Internal Audit as Supplier Quality Assurance representative-Execute Supplier Quality Assurance Program in accordance with Project Milestones
• Ensure successful execution of the Customer Regulatory and Internal Requirements for execution.
• Perform Hardware Inspections and Key Inspection Point (KIP) / Mandatory Inspection Point (MIP) Documentation (Production Records) to verify Critical Features/Requirements
• Lead and/or support the process for Non-Conformance Management at suppliers
• Lead and/or support the Supplier Critical Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and investigation activities

• Supplier Quality Performance
• Supplier Development-Input to the Product Quality data-package for Space Application
• Input to the Final Product Qualification data-package for Space Application
• Supplier Root Cause Analysis and Non-Conformance Report

Your Story:

Musts:

• Relevant experience in the field of Quality and Continuous Improvement
• Preferred education: BSc/MSc degree in Engineering or in a similar relevant discipline-Knowledge of standards such as EN9100 ECSS IPC NASA and MIL
• Ability to quickly understand and analyse technical products/systems and their function
• High level of theoretical skills in relevant fields with an adeptness to coach hands on practical elements on the floor
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• MS Office experience required
• Experience in the application of Quality preventive methodology (5Why Ishikawa Fishbone)

Nice to haves:

• Any further language (German French and Swedish) beyond English is a strong asset
• Experience in other Space companies- IPC J-STD 001 and/or ECSS-Q-ST-70-60C inspection certificate-Ability to work independently as well as effectively in a team
• Excellent critical thinking analytical leadership and interpersonal skills
• High level of enthusiasm and a passion for quality and continuous improvements
• Brave and communicative person who is used to ask the tough questions
• 5% to 10% ability to travel nationally and internationally as required

We are required to state a minimum gross salary for this position in accordance with the collective agreement: this amounts to EUR4.000- per month. The actual compensation is based on your qualifications and experience and will exceed the collective agreement minimum.
