While therole will be based in Linz please note the wholeonboarding phase in the Talent Academy(aprox. 6 months) will be held inHagenberg.

In this role you will:

• Be part ofDynatrace Talent Academy: an ambitiouscohort of like-minded colleagueswho start their Dev career at Dynatrace together fostering a strong environment for peer-to-peer learning and collaboration
• Strengthen your tech knowledge work on exciting projectsandget familiar with Dev lifeat Dynatrace(tooling agile methods code of conduct etc.)before transition into one of our Dev Teams in Linz
• Collaboratewith experienced Software Engineersasmentors getting continuous guidance from our Academy Program Managers

• (Almost) graduated in aBSc / MSc Degree in Computer ScienceAI or related fields
• Solid knowledge ofany Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) stack with preference accorded to Java
• Growing interest in or familiarity withGenerative AIand its emerging applications in software development as we place increasing attention on AI-driven capabilities
• Being ateam player with a proactive approach and solid problem-solving skills
• Good Englishcommunication skills

The salary range for this position based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week) goes from 46000 to 58000 depending on your experience and qualifications.
