• You will drive cross-cutting initiatives with strategic importance for shaping the Product vision throughout the organization.
• You will evaluate emerging AI technologies identify opportunities for product innovation and help translate advances in AI into meaningful customer outcomes.

Leadership experience in theProduct Management area:

• 10 years of Product Managementexperience in a software product environment.
• 7 years experience in a Product Lead functionand understanding of how to lead and drive visions and strategies in an international environment.

• An entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of building products teams or business initiatives.

• Enjoyahigh levelof autonomytonetworkacross complex organizations self-identifykey stakeholders across solutions and work closely with senior product engineering and business leaders to define priorities and success measures.

• Ability to bringmarket and business understanding into the product to deliver and help shape Dynatraces goal and strategy.
• You are excited by the transformative impact of AI on software development operations and customer experiences. You are curious about how agentic systems intelligent automation and AI-powered decision making can reshape software products.
• Ability to balance product vision customer needs business outcomes and rapidly evolving AI capabilities.
• You are proactive in identifying opportunities and collaborating with others to develop and implement effective solutions.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to list a salary range for this position which is 106000 up to 133000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week).
