Product engineer

This role is designed for engineers who enjoy solving customer problemsnot just writing code.

Youll work in a product-driven environment where youll have the freedom to identify opportunities build solutions test ideas with customers and continuously improve the product. Rather than working from detailed specifications youll collaborate closely with Product AI and Engineering teams to shape what gets built and how its delivered.

Youll have the opportunity to:

• Own features from discovery through implementation and continuous improvement.
• Build scalable applications using TypeScript React and NestJS.
• Work directly with customers to understand their challenges and validate solutions.
• Influence product decisions through technical expertise and customer insights.

Qualifications :

Were looking for someone who:

• Has strong commercial experience building SaaS products with TypeScript React and .
• Enjoys taking ownership and is comfortable making technical and product decisions.
• Thinks beyond implementation and naturally looks for ways to improve the customer experience.
• Has experience building modern customer-facing web applications.
• Approaches software development pragmatically balancing quality with speed of execution.
• Is comfortable working independently in a dynamic high-growth environment.
• Speaks German at a native level and communicates confidently in English.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with NestJS or similar backend frameworks.
• Experience working on AI-powered or data-driven products.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure CI/CD pipelines and modern development practices.
• Experience participating in customer interviews product discovery or user testing.
• A genuine curiosity about AI and emerging technologies.
