Internship Project Manager Team Rottensteiner

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Youll support the team in planning and coordinating creative campaigns and production projects. This includes assisting with project plans tracking tasks and deliverables and helping to coordinate stakeholders across different teams and markets.

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

As part of your internship youll collaborate closely with international teams local markets and external production partners. Youll support day-to-day communication and help ensure smooth alignment between all parties involved throughout the project lifecycle.

TIMELINE & WORKFLOW MANAGEMENT

Youll support the monitoring of project timelines milestones and workflows to help keep projects on addition youll assist with the coordination of campaign adaptations master animations and Brand Kiss workflows while maintaining transparency on project progress and key deliverables.

Qualifications :

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree program in Business Marketing Project Management Media Communications or a related field
• Excellent English skills; German is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Structured reliable and detail-oriented way of working
• Interest in project management as well as marketing and production processes
• Familiarity with planning or project management tools is a plus
• Team player with a proactive mindset and hands-on attitude

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position which is 2.22100 gross per month.
