• You are a brand ambassador for 25hours Hotels and excel at building strong connections with our guests to make every event unforgettable.
• You handle group inquiries events and internal functions while maintaining close communication with all departments.
• You independently manage your daily schedule sticking to agreements even with a packed calendar and a full email inbox.
• You keep a clear overview even when every room in the house is booked and all lines are buzzing.

Qualifications :

• Ideally you already have professional experience in a similar role in events or reservations.
• With your positive attitude and hands-on mentality you inspire our clients and ensure every event runs smoothly.
• Youre a doerand youre not afraid to admit when youve made a mistake.
• You bring not only your skills but also your personality to the table.
