Talentir is the fastest Autonomous Payout Operating System within the industry. We combine Merchant of Record infrastructure stablecoin settlement rails automated VAT/self-billing compliance and treasury yield into a single programmable layer.
We have an active pipeline representing over $2.2B in annual payout volume a live best-in-class product and double-digit monthly growth. We are scaling fast which means more moving parts than people. That is where you come in.

Tasks
Your Opportunity
This is the role for someone who wants a front-row seat to company-building and the responsibility that comes with it. You will work directly with the founders as a force multiplier: one week translating strategy into operating plans the next rolling up your sleeves to fix the thing that is on fire. Roughly half the job is chief-of-staff work with real strategic weight sitting close to the decisions that move the company. The other half is hands-on operations owning the sometimes-unglamorous execution that keeps a fast-growing company running.
There is no fixed job description here and that is the point. You will take on whatever matters most that week ship it and move to the next thing.
What Youll Own
- Strategic work. Sit close to the C-Level on the decisions that set company direction. Concrete examples: scoping and launching new geographic market expansions evaluating and standing up new business lines building the analysis behind pricing or partnership decisions and turning founder priorities into clear operating plans.
- Operations. Own the hands-on execution that keeps a fast-growing company running. Concrete examples: compliance work tied to our existing and new licenses resolving complex customer support issues that need someone to get their hands dirty and tracking platform performance to find and drive improvements that make our customers more successful.
- Chief-of-staff work. Prep for board and investor conversations run key meetings drive cross-functional projects to done and make sure nothing important falls through the cracks.
- Whatever we throw at you. The mandate is broad on purpose. Your job is to make the company move faster.
Requirements
Who You Are
- Hungry. You bite into whatever lands on your plate and you do not let go until it is done. Ambiguity energizes you instead of stalling you.
- Flexible. You switch from a strategy memo to a spreadsheet to a vendor call without friction. You care more about the outcome than about whose job it technically is.
- Consulting background preferred. 2 to 4 years at a top consulting firm gives you exactly the toolkit we want: structured problem-solving fast ramp-up on unfamiliar topics and clean communication. Adjacent backgrounds such as banking venture or a high-growth startup also work if you have the same edge.
- AI-native. You reach for AI tools by default and treat them as a force multiplier not a novelty. You are curious about where they break and eager to push them further.
- High autonomy. You build your own context set your own priorities against company goals and run with them. You do not wait to be told what to do twice.
- Sharp and structured. You can break a vague problem into a plan communicate it clearly and execute without dropping the details.
- High trust. You will sit close to sensitive information and important decisions and you handle that with judgment and discretion.
- Nice to have: German-speaking. Our original market is DACH so commercial fluency is a real plus. Exposure to fintech payments or a regulated environment is a bonus not a requirement.
