Associates Corporate/M&A(f/m/x)
We are looking for committed and highly qualified associates (f/m/x) with a special interest ininternationaltransactionsand corporate lawto support our teambasedin Vienna.
Your Tasks
Private M&A:Shareand assetpurchases and related procedures (auctions)
Joint Ventures reorganisation of holding structures
Public M&A: Takeover offers andsubsequentsqueeze-out procedures
Corporate Governance Consulting and Compliance
Advice on corporate law
IPOs and capital increases
Your Profile
You will have completed your legal studies with above-average results have excellent English and German skills are an entrepreneurial thinkerwith anownership attitudeand value legal creativity. Experience abroad andpreviousknowledge in this area such as by way of an LL.M. a dissertation or internships are an asset but nota must.
