Job Summary
This is a remote position.
Service description:
SAP EWM ( together with MFG processes) target is to take up support/tickets from the LDC live sites in the area of logistics own WH/WM and potentially manufacturing.
Specific requirements:
WHS systems and knowledge of AUT site operations.
- business process knowledge related to Drug Substance DS and Drug Product DP operations for the supported sites with primary focus on Austria including Schaftenau
- deep expertise in SAP and connected satellite systems particularly MES and local warehouse systems
- strong understanding of the current SAP project landscape and related business processes including prior involvement sufficient to support efficient service transition and ongoing delivery
Requirements

o Pick up incoming tickets defects change reque
st from respective tools
o Align with GPO if the requirement is valid and will be further pursued
o Analyze potential solution jointly with stakeholders (local business LDC Core Adopt TD GPO as well as AMS teams - depending on the case)
o Work on necessary change requests
o Present in CAB meeting to seek approval of changes
o Work with LDC design adopt and BAU teams - support where needed
Necessary experience - MUST
o Drug substance (DS) and Drug product (DP) processes in the sites that are supported primarily Austria Schaftenau
o Deep SAP and satellite system experience especially MES local Warehouse systems
o Participation in the current SAP project to have understanding of SAP processes
Must be willing to travel occasionally to Austria
Required Skills:
Responsible for overseeing the strategy governance and quality of all master data (Vendors Customers Materials) ensuring its accuracy consistency and alignment with business processes across the organization. Requirements: 10 years of experience in global data depth knowledge in Master Data Governance and Strategy Expertise in Data Quality Management knowledge in Data Integration and Architecture Change Management and Data Migration
