About the Role
Were looking for a Workplace Lead to lead our Perth Office Operations. Youll be responsible for ensuring workplace services facilities employee experiences and office operations are delivered professionally and in alignment with business priorities. Working closely with employees leaders and service providers you will oversee workplace operations budgets office projects employee engagement activities and local support services creating a safe welcoming and high-performing environment for employees clients and visitors.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the Perth workplace ensuring a safe welcoming and high-performing environment for employees clients and visitors.
- Deliver a high level of administrative support to business leaders and sector teams supporting project delivery business development activities and day-to-day business operations.
- Create an exceptional employee experience through workplace services office events communications onboarding activities and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage workplace facilities vendors and budgets ensuring services are delivered efficiently and in line with business requirements.
- Build strong relationships with employees leaders suppliers and support teams to effectively respond to workplace needs and priorities.
- Lead and support local Operations Support team members fostering collaboration accountability continuous improvement and excellent customer service.
About You:
- A confident and professional communicator with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- Willing and able to work from our Perth office a minimum of four days per week.
- Highly organised with strong planning prioritisation and time management skills.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer and employee experiences.
- Commercially minded with the ability to balance service delivery operational priorities and budget considerations.
- Proactive and solutions-focused with the ability to take initiative solve problems and work collaboratively with others.
