Workplace Facilities Assistant (Part time)

Resolving day-to-day office operational issues and escalate appropriately where necessary.
- Maintaining office and kitchen cleanliness
- Ordering restocking and maintaining supplies
- Setting up meetings and event spaces including movement of furniture ordering food and beverage maintaining room tidiness
- Reception cover as/when needed including:
- Answer screen forward telephone calls and taking detailed messages
- Order & receive couriers
- Greet & direct visitors
- Coordinating with vendors and building management to ensure smooth operations
- Undertaking First Aid and Evacuation Warden roles
- Providing meeting room AV support
Relevant experience in a professional environment: 1-3 years relevant experience
- Organised methodical and a good work ethic
- Professional appearance and manner on the phone and in interaction with clients and staff
- Commitment to customer service
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills both internally and externally
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Knowledge of general IT systems and those used in the delivery of Workplace services
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritise tasks where required
