An exciting opportunity is available for a Volunteer Program Coordinator to join ourinnovativenot-for-profit aged care organisationthat spans trusted residential care flexible home care luxury retirement living and an active communal this permanent part time role youll work withapassionate Volunteers Department to coordinate and deliver highquality volunteer programs at Hunters Hill by supporting the recruitment onboarding engagement and daytoday utilisation of volunteers across services. You will also act as the primary point of contact for volunteers contribute to organisationwide initiatives and events and maintain accurate records to support reporting and continuous improvement.

The Role:
Reporting to the Volunteer Program Manager broadly your key accountabilities include:
Volunteer program coordination and delivery
Volunteer engagement and guidance
Collaboration and integration with relevant stakeholders
Compliance and administration
What we require:
- Previous experience in a similar role coordinating programs and volunteers
- Previous experience in aged care would be highly regarded
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with the suite of Microsoft products
- Experience with CRM systems eg Salesforce and Pluss is desirable
- Understanding of or sensitivity to the Jewish community culture and traditions
