What Your First Year Could Look Like

• Project 1 (3 months):Stope design for a nickel mine in WA
• Project 2 (2 months):Scheduling optimization for a gold operation in QLD
• Project 3 (6 months):Embedded with a clients team mentoring their junior engineers
• Project 4 (4 months):Drill & blast optimization for a copper mine

Thats 4 different mines. 4 different commodities. 4 different technical challenges. We give you variety. You choose how much.

Want to rotate through lots of short projects or would you prefer 6-12 month deep dives We work with your preference.

About You

• 4 years technical experiencein underground hard rock mining.
• Degree in Mining Engineering (or equivalent).
• Exposure to different underground mining methods and approaches.
• Current and unrestricted working rights for Australia.

Demonstrated capability in 2 of the following areas:

• Drill & blast design and optimization.
• Mine design (stope layouts development infrastructure).
• Production scheduling and planning.
