Asbestos/Sheetmetal Supervisor & Project Supervisor

Aestec Services are seeking experienced Asbestos/Sheetmetal Supervisors and Project Supervisors to join our growing team in Gladstone.

This position is not suitable for FIFO or DIDO arrangements as it requires a consistent on-site presence.

• Have demonstrated experience supervising in either asbestos or sheetmetal construction maintenance or project-based works
• Possess strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor teams
• Live locally to Gladstone or are willing to relocate
• Can effectively coordinate labour equipment and materials to achieve project outcomes
• Have a strong commitment to safety quality and productivity

• Work collaboratively with your team to deliver safe efficient and productive project outcomes
• Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is completed to required standards
• Manage materials equipment and labour costs while maintaining project budgets
• Develop clear scopes of work and support successful project delivery
• Ensure compliance with WHS policies procedures and relevant legislation
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships
• Foster and promote a culture of Zero Harm

• Relevant Trade Certificate (highly desirable) or demonstrated industry experience
• Minimum 35 years experience in a supervisory role within construction maintenance asbestos sheetmetal or related industries
• Strong understanding of project delivery and workforce coordination
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook
• A proactive approach to safety and continuous improvement
