About the Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Sonographer to join our team at our FMIG Hawthorn clinic. The role is available on either apart-timeorfull-timebasis depending on candidate preference.
The position will also require rotation through our Capital Radiology Camberwell and Malvern clinics.
Our clinics are filled withhigh performing teams and supported with up-to-date equipment within a modern clinical setting the Sonographer will be responsible for the high-quality scanning our community trusts us to deliver.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with patients referrers and teammates.
- Responsive accurate and timely diagnosis for optimal delivery of results with excellent customer service provisions.
- Ability to prioritise a busy workload and work effectively both independently and within a team.
- Work with clinic teams to identify and proactively deliver on the Health & Safety framework.
- Provide feedback to other members of the clinic and operational teams to help identify training and development needs.
- Collaborate with National Ultrasound Leader Site Chief and /or Regional Manager on growth initiatives for the clinic.
Selection Criteria
- Appropriate tertiary qualifications in Ultrasound
- Skilled across a broad range of scanning competences MSK in particular
- 2yrs of post qualified experience
- Hold and maintain current registration with ASAR as well as a completion of an ASAR accredited course.
- Hold and maintain annual liability insurance through the ASA or equivalent provider.
