About the opportunityWe are looking for early-career professionals to join our Services Consulting team as a Workforce Management (WFM) Consultant this role youll be working with our enterprise clients to implement Dayforce HCM focusing on time attendance scheduling and labor rules that directly impact how organizations manage their is not a traditional administrative role. It is a challenging fast-paced consulting position where youll be empowered to solve real business problems work directly with clients and translate complex requirements into smart scalable solutions using technology. What youll get to doWork as part of a project team to implement Dayforce Workforce Management modules for enterprise customers across Australia New Zealand and beyond. Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business rules related to time tracking scheduling compliance and labor policies. Design configure and test WFM solutions that meet client-specific needs and regulatory requirements. Translate business challenges into structured software-based solutions supported by documentation and logical configuration. Troubleshoot configuration issues and think critically about root causes and resolution paths. Participate in client workshops internal design reviews and testing cycles. Grow your platform knowledge consulting toolkit and functional expertise through on-project mentorship and formal training. You might be: A professional with 5-7 years of experience in HR business operations scheduling retail leadership or workforce administration looking to move into technology consulting. A recent graduate from a business or technical program who wants a role that blends people process and software. Someone with experience in client-facing analytical or support roles who is ready to pivot into an implementation-focused career. A problem solver who thrives in ambiguity loves digging into how systems work and wants a role that is both structured and creative.
