This is a unique opportunity to shape the voice and visibility of our train and tram maintenance operations in Australia and New Zealand ensuring consistent compelling messaging that aligns with business priorities and the broader ANZ Communications strategy. Youll play a critical role as part of a high performing Communications Function enhancing the brand of the worlds leading pure rail player in Australia and New Zealand.
Whatyoulldo;
Lead strategic communications Shape and deliver the Services Communications Strategy ensuring alignment with broader business priorities and driving clear consistent messaging across all of our train and tram maintenance sites across ANZ.
Partner with senior leaders Act as aseniortrusted advisor to the Services Leadership Teamprovidingexpert guidance on communications employeeengagementand leadership visibility.
Enhance external reputation Develop and deliver impactful communications that strengthen relationships with customers governmentstakeholdersand industry partners.
Drive employee engagement Design and implement engaging data-driven initiatives that connect leaders with teams and foster a strong consistent culture across sites.
Champion best practice Establishstandardisedframeworks oversee site communications and lead a Centre of Excellence to ensure qualityconsistencyand innovation.
Support high-profile initiatives Lead communications for key projects transformation programs events and milestones that elevate Alstoms brand in ANZ.
Create compelling content Deliver engaging storytelling across internal and external channels including media social and leadership communications.
Build capability across the business Mentor and guide site-based communications relays driving continuous improvement and measurable impact.
