About the Role
Were looking for a Senior UX Design Engineer to join our growing Product team and help shape the future of design at PictureWealth.
This is a hands-on collaborative role where youll bridge design and front-end developmentcreating thoughtful user-centred experiences while contributing to how we evolve our design systems and workflows. Youll play a key role in exploring how AI can enhance product design and delivery while helping teams move efficiently from concept to production.
Key Responsibilities
Design end-to-end user experiences across our web platforms
Translate complex workflows into simple intuitive interfaces
Contribute to and evolve our design system across Figma and code
Collaborate closely with engineers product managers and stakeholders
Explore and implement AI-assisted design workflows where they add value
Develop and maintain scalable front-end practices (React/Tailwind)
Create wireframes prototypes and high-fidelity designs
Support teams in moving efficiently from idea to production
Help define design principles standards and best practices
About You
Were looking for someone who combines strong design thinking with practical front-end capability.
8 years experience in product design within a SaaS or digital product environment
Strong UX/UI fundamentals and experience designing complex systems
Advanced Figma skills (design systems prototyping auto layout)
Experience with front-end technologies (HTML CSS React Tailwind Git)
Interest in AI LLMs and emerging design workflows
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think through complex user journeys
Experience working in agile environments with a focus on iteration and testing
Comfortable collaborating across technical and non-technical teams
Nice to Have
Experience building scalable design systems or workflows
Exposure to AI-driven interfaces (e.g. copilots conversational UX)
Fintech or wealth management experience
Experience with CRM or project management tools
Visual design experience across marketing or mobile
