Your leadership will directly impact delivery quality team performance and the evolution of our cloud and AI-enabled engineering capabilities.

Working closely with Product Architecture QA and DevOps you will help ensure solutions are secure scalable and commercially effectivepowering critical industries globally.

• Lead Engineering Teams: Coach mentor and develop a high-performing team of developers across multiple locations.

• Drive Technical Excellence: Provide hands-on leadership across design development and code quality practices.

• Deliver Scalable Solutions: Ensure robust secure and maintainable software solutions aligned to business needs.

• Strengthen Engineering Practices: Champion modern development practices including CI/CD testing and code standards.

• Enable Cloud & AI Adoption: Advance AWS cloud capabilities and promote practical use of AI-assisted development.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Product Architecture QA and DevOps to deliver high-quality outcomes.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in a Senior Developer Technical Lead or engineering leadership role.

• Strong hands-on development expertise in Java and enterprise application environments.

• Demonstrated ability to lead coach and develop engineering teams.

• Solid understanding of software engineering best practices (design testing security maintainability).

• Experience with Agile delivery Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines.

• Exposure to AWS cloud technologies and modern architecture principles.

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to improve systems processes and team performance.

• Excellent communication skills and experience working across distributed cross-functional teams.
