At UnitingCarewerelooking for a Senior Functional Analyst to take ownership of our Prophix platform and play a critical role in driving smarter financial processes across the business. Sitting at the intersection of finance and technologyyoullact as the go-to expert for Prophix supportingandpartnering with teamsthe wider businessto solve complex challenges and deliver meaningful improvements.

Your part in our UnitingCare team:
Own and support the Prophix platform ensuringaccurateandtimelygroup consolidation and financial reporting outputs
Act as the subject matter expert for Prophix driving continuous improvement in processesmodelsand system capability across the business
Partner with stakeholders across Finance (junior to senior) to understand requirements solve complex problems and deliver practical value-driven solutions
Analyse and reconcile financial data ensuring integrityaccuracyandstrong systemcontrols across non-ERP applications
Lead enhancements to financial processes including intercompany allocations and detailed reporting structures across multiple business areas
Collaborate with technical teams and manage integrations across systems (e.g. Dynamics 365 SAP SQL) to support seamless data flow and insights
Provide guidancetrainingand support to end users enabling effective self-service and adoption of Prophix
Build strong stakeholder relationships and challenge thinking where needed to deliver innovative fit-for-purpose solutions
What makes a difference for us
Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or may includeaNationally Coordinated Police CheckRight to Work in Australia
University degree in a relevant field (e.g. computer science engineering IT or similar)
Proven experience in a Finance Analyst or similar role with strong understanding of financial principles and data
Demonstratedexpertisein Prophix with the ability to support consolidation reporting and system improvements
Strong analytical capability including advanced Excel and financial modelling skills to interpret complex data
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence non-financial stakeholders across the business
