Your Opportunity:
In this role youll contribute to the preparation of accurate and competitive cost estimates across civil infrastructure projects including water transport and major works.
Youll play a key role in analysing project scope developing pricing strategies and supporting commercial decision-making.
- Prepare detailed cost estimates take-offs and pricing submissions
- Interpret project scope drawings and specifications
- Develop cost plans and pricing strategies aligned to tender requirements
- Support risk identification and cost optimisation initiatives
- Assist in contract negotiations and variation pricing
- Collaborate with engineering and project teams throughout the bid process
- Spanning all key sectors of the resource and construction industry
- Assist in contract negotiations and variation pricing
What you bring:
- Experience in civil infrastructure estimating
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies
- Ability to prepare accurate estimates and cost plans
- Experience working on tenders for medium to large projects
- Relevant qualification in Engineering Construction or similar
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
