What youll do

As a Senior Electrical Design Engineer Industrial in Brisbane youllcontributetoprojects and programs thatmake a real difference and be part ofateamthat embraces challenges welcomes diverse ideas and engineer solutions with people and outcomes in mind.

• Be the first point of contact with clients and internal stakeholders to discuss and assist with hazardous areas and functional safety.

• Technical design lead for packages and projects.

• Work with colleagues from other disciplines to deliver complete multi-disciplinary projects.

• Manage mentor and supervise junior engineers.

• Monitor project progress expenditure and performance outcomes.

• Build strong relationships with clients and assist in successfully driving opportunities to successful outcomes.

• Drive continuous improvement and support best-practice standards.

What youll bring

• Relevant engineering qualifications in Electrical Engineering

• Certification in Hazardous Areas and Functional Safety

• 12 - 15 years experience in electrical instrumentation or control systems.

• Demonstrated expertise in managing projects in alignment with client policies standards and specifications.

• Strong communication collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills.

• The ability to see the big picture and challenge assumptions.
