As our Senior Billing Analyst youll sit at the centre of how we charge launch and evolve our products. Youll make sure billing is accurate scalable and actually works for real customers not just on paper.
Youll be working across customers suppliers product systems and operations helping bring new pricing models and products to life while keeping the day-to-day running smoothly.

As our Senior Billing Analyst you will bring our values to life by delivering the following activities and outcomes:
- Owning billing accuracy and fixing issues when they pop up
- Running and improving monthly billing processes
- Digging into data to find root causes and drive improvements
- Supporting new product and pricing launches
- Helping design how billing works for new services
- Managing billing migrations and onboarding customers
- Working through billing queries disputes and escalations
- Partnering with Product and Systems to land practical solutions that work
- At the end of the day its about making billing simple accurate and scalable for our customers
What were looking for
- Solid experience in telco billing or a similar space
- Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data
- Experience with SQL or similar tools
- A sharp eye for detail and problem-solving
- Ability to juggle BAU work and project delivery
- Confidence dealing with both technical teams and customers
- Someone who spots issues quickly and leans in to fix them youll fit right in
