Job Summary
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Analyse business and functional requirements related to utility operations such as Billing Invoicing and Customer Management.
Prepare detailed test plans test scenarios and test cases for SAP Utility solutions.
Perform various testing types including Functional Integration System Regression and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Test integrations between SAP and external systems and legacy billing systems.
Log track and manage defects through closure using defect management tools.
Support data migration testing cutover and go-live activities.
Collaborate with business users and support teams during UAT cycles.
SAP Modules & Utility Knowledge
SAP IS-U (Billing Invoicing Device Management Meter Reading)
Integration with SAP CRM
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong understanding of utility industry business processes.
Experience in SAP testing within the Utility domain.
Knowledge of SAP IS-U Utilities functionality.
Ability to create comprehensive test documentation.
Strong analytical communication and problem-solving skills.
Certifications (Preferred)
SAP IS-U Certification
SAP S/4HANA Utilities Certification
ISTQB Foundation or Advanced Level
Automation testing certifications (if applicable)
