Position Summary:

• Assist the sales and marketing team in securing new group catering and marketing opportunities

• Prepare detailed proposals and contracts that are tailored to client requirements focusing on attention to detail

• Assist with photo shoots and brand activations showcasing your inspiring brilliance

• Coordinate site inspections and entertainment with a focus on conversion

• Support the hotels service and relationship strategy driving customer loyalty by engaging and inspiring guests through each customer experience

• Develop sales negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close on business and negotiate contracts

• Assist the team in delivering successful and integrated marketing activities

• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers anticipating their needs and enabling future bookings

• Act as an ambassador and promote awareness of the Marriott property

• Relevant experience in a similar role
