Join Qantas in our brand-new Product Innovation Centre located in Adelaide to help us ensure consumer needs are met by embedding robust testing strategies and automation practices that uphold software reliability performance and security. Deliver seamless high-quality digital experiences that build customer trust and satisfaction.
A Quality Engineer Salesforce is responsible for testing Qantas applications as well as building out our test automation infrastructure and contributing to the continuous development of automation scripts suite improving and building CI infrastructure. Youll be empowered to determine and implement the best solutions. Additionally you will also be exploring non-functional testing including accessibility performance and security and improving on testing tools and test approach. Coordinate with team members to create automated test cases and analyse and resolve test failures.
Youll have:
- 36 years experience in a Salesforce QA or Software Testing role.
- Handson testing experience across Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud (Experience/Community Cloud desirable).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform concepts including security data model and governor limits.
- Experience testing Salesforce integrations including APIs events or middlewarebased integrations.
- Experience creating test plans and executing functional integration regression and E2E
- Web or Salesforce Automation using open sourced or similar licensed tools such as Provar Selenium UFT UTAM/WebdriverIO
- Manual Salesforce testing around Flows validation rules profiles & permission sets sharing & security behaviour and custom components & integrations
- Excellent communication stakeholder engagement and documentation skills with experience using tools such as Jira Confluence and Miro.
- Familiarity with agile delivery environments (Scrum / SAFe / Kanban).
- Strong defect management skills including triage prioritisation and clear communication.
- Ability to work effectively with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
