TheQualification Pathways Partner plays a key role in supporting the Qualification Pathways strategy by administering various funded education program.This includes the ECT Upskill Program the Queensland Qualification Pathways Program across Certificate III Diploma and ECT qualifications and other relevant funding streams. The role manages the end-to-end administrative requirements associated with Goodstarts participation in multiple grants and funding agreements.
The role involves coordinating multiple concurrent programs ensuring accurate cohort tracking maintaining compliance with funding and reporting requirements and managing program administration tasks across a high-volume environment. This includes triaging and responding to emails and enquiries supporting student and stakeholder communication updating systems and records monitoring program milestones and assisting with onboarding and ongoing cohort management.
The role requires strong organisational skills attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple programs at any one time. The Partner works closely with internal teams to ensure programs are delivered efficiently accurately and in alignment with funding and compliance obligations while maintaining a high standard of service for participants and stakeholders.
Your Impact:
- Provide administrative support to the Qualification Pathways team to ensure the smooth delivery of current and upcoming programs
- Review documentation submitted by participants verifying compliance against established criteria.
- Support effective working relationships within the Qualification Pathways team by providing responsive and reliable administrative support.
- Review and interpret academic transcripts and qualification documentation from RTO and higher education providers to verify participant eligibility and program requirements.
- Provide administrative support to maintain effective partnerships by ensuring timely communication and updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain awareness of associated grant guidelines and assist with related compliance activities.
- Apply knowledge of program requirements to ensure accurate program administration and compliance.

Youll bring to the table:
- Certificate III or higher in Business Administration Education or related field (desirable)
- Knowledge of training contracts RTO processes and compliance frameworks
- Experience in administrative support and program coordination
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
