About the role:

Were looking for an experienced Product Draftsperson to join our growing team and play a key role in bringing innovative residential projects to life. Working alongside operations construction procurement and safety teams youll create and work on high-quality master drawings technical drawings that turn concepts into reality.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Product Draftsperson with Rawson you will:

• Produce detailed residential construction drawings plans elevations and specifications
• Ensure designs meet all relevant building codes compliance requirements and company standards
• Collaborate with architects engineers consultants and project teams to deliver practical and buildable solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve design quality drafting standards and processes
• Manage multiple projects and support delivery from concept through to construction
• Assist in multiple existing master sets with compliance construction & specification updates

Were looking for someone with:

• Revit experience is mandatory
• A Degree or Diploma in Architecture Engineering or a related field
• Experience in residential drafting or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of residential construction compliance and building regulations
• Excellent communication problem solving and organisational skills
