The Opportunity
The People Operations Specialist optimises core People processes across the employee lifecycle. This role combines hands-on execution with process improvement ensuring scalableefficient and high-quality People operations.
Were ideally looking for someone to join us part-time with a view to growing into a full-time position within six months.What Youll Do
Support end-to-end recruitment including job briefs candidate sourcing screening and interview coordination
Deliver a smooth onboarding experience managing pre-boarding inductions and new starter check-ins
Contribute to employee experience initiatives including surveys recognition programs and events
Assist with learning and development activities including training coordination and tracking outcomes
Maintain accurate employee records and support compensation and benefits administration
Ensure HR compliance by tracking requirements maintaining documentation and supporting investigations
Manage offboarding processes including exit coordination final pay and insights tracking
What Youll Bring
36 years experience in People Operations Talent Acquisition or HR
Strong understanding of HR processes and lifecycle management
Experience improving or optimising HR workflows
High attention to detail with strong analytical capability
Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders
