The opportunity with us asMarketing Specialist

We are looking for aMarketing Specialistto join our high performingBrisbaneteam. Reporting to theSenior Marketing Manageryou will play a key rolein delivering regional marketing activity helping bring global strategy to life across campaignseventsand social media.

This is a permanent full-timeposition with hybrid work arrangements.

You will be:

• Supporting the translation of global marketing strategycampaignsand messaging into regional activity across assigned markets and initiatives.
• Coordinating and delivering Tier 2 regional events including venue selectionlogistics vendor management on-siteexecutionand post-event reporting.
• Executing marketingactivityacross multiple channels including digital printeventsand presentations.
• Preparing updating andmaintainingmarketing content such as written copy presentations and campaign assets within established guidelines.
• Ensuringconsistentbrand experience visual design and attendee journey across assigned event types.
• Supporting sales enablement through relevant messaging case studiespresentationsand client engagement materials.
• Working with internal stakeholders to align event content speakers and audience engagement with corporate messaging and sales priorities.
• Contributing ideas and recommendations to improve marketing processestoolsand campaign effectiveness.

Werelooking for someone who has:

• 5yearsexperience supporting marketing activities campaigns or communications initiatives.
• Must have relevant Marketing qualifications.
• Strong written communication skills including technical and creative writing.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Working knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools to produce high-quality marketing assets.
• Proficiencyin HubSpot Canva andExhibitDayplatforms to support campaign execution and event coordination.
• Proficiencyin Microsoft Office applications (Word PowerPoint Excel).
• Current valid Australian drivers license.

Desirable experience:

• Skills in supporting demand generation and campaign strategy.
• Experience working across regionaland/orglobal marketing teams
