We act for the roleThe Creative Delivery Manager leads the inhouse creative team and roster of freelancers for Australian Red Cross to deliver clear consistent and compelling content for internal and external to the Head of Brand & Creative Delivery this role drives the creative strategy and delivery of marketing communication and digital campaigns from the stakeholder brief through creative and will maximise our limited budgets to produce highquality content that strengthens our brand meets objectives and helps our messages cut through and connect in a crowded market.A critical part of the role is ensuring every story we tell meets the highest ethical standards. You will guide the team to handle complex humanitarian stories with care accuracy and responsibility and provide leadership and support to help transform them into strong emotive assets that are amplified across the you will bringSubstantial experience interpreting and strengthening a brief and its target audience to produce strategic and creative outputs that emotionally engage audiences drive action and hit experience in managing a creative delivery teamExperience in successful creative strategy development campaign management and creative execution by delivering solutions for both internal and external track record in creative project management and resource experience in managing tight resources to achieve the most within set brand/marketing knowledge and experience in a client-based or creative agency role delivering within a complex matrixed to have experience in ethical respectful storytelling especially in sensitive humanitarian that act for you while you act for humanityWork flexibility: Australian Red Cross operates under a hybrid working model which includes two days on-site and three days from home providing you more work/life balanceFinancial wellbeing: In addition to your salary you can take advantage of salary packaging that could provide you with a great way to reduce the amount of tax you pay - and get more from your salary.
