We are currently expanding across the UK and Europe and are looking for applicants with strong communication skills professional experience and an interest in personal growth leadership coaching or business development.

Responsibilities

• Promote established personal development and leadership programs online
• Develop digital marketing campaigns across social media email and online platforms
• Conduct professional follow-up conversations with prospective clients
• Manage leads and maintain organised communication workflows
• Participate in ongoing training and personal development sessions
• Operate independently while collaborating with an international support network

Requirements

• 5 years of professional experience in marketing business leadership sales coaching consulting or related fields
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Strong self-management and communication skills
• Comfortable using digital communication tools including WhatsApp and Zoom
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
• Available to communicate within UK/Europe-friendly hours
• Not suitable for students or applicants seeking entry-level employment
