YOUR NEW ROLE

Join us in shaping a high-performing inclusive and future-ready workforce. We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead strategic people initiatives that support organisational success and enhance employee experience.

The HR Strategy and Program Manager is a senior leadership role that designs and oversees the implementation of a program of people-related actions initiatives and projects that support the achievement of the Opera Houses Everyones House strategy building a strong culture uplifting capability supporting organisational sustainability and enhancing the employee experience. The role is responsible for people-related systems data and reporting to inform workforce planning and strategies ensuring the organisation is best-placed to deliver on objectives and is prepared for future trends opportunities and challenges.

ARE YOU THE ONE

For this opportunity you will have:

  • Strategic HR Leadership
    Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Organisational Development or a related field with 8 to 10 years experience in a senior HR generalist role delivering people strategies that achieve business outcomes.
  • Program & Project Delivery Expertise
    Demonstrated success leading complex organisational initiatives managing multiple priorities and delivering projects that drive cultural workforce and organisational improvements.
  • HR Systems Knowledge
    Strong experience managing a Tier 1 Human Capital Management (HCM) system preferably Oracle HRM including system enhancements testing cycles reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Change Leadership
    Exceptional communication collaboration and influencing skills with the ability to partner effectively across all levels of an organisation to lead successful change initiatives.
  • HR Governance & Compliance
    Sound understanding of HR policies employment legislation and best practice with the ability to provide trusted advice manage risk and support data-informed decision-making.
