Job Summary

The Guest Services Advisor role supports the delivery of exceptional workplace experiences and service to colleagues customers and visitors in our commercial buildings; ensuring qualitative customer outcomes are realised. The Advisor must ensure they liaise professionally and appropriately with customers suppliers and other stakeholders at every interaction whilst supporting the broader operations within the building.

In this Guest Service Advisor role you will be joining the Enterprise Operations team thats doubling down on customer obsession.

Youll go above and beyond to:

  • Receiving and welcoming guests providing visitor passes as required
  • Sorting and transporting mail to the correct location
  • Receiving courier deliveries
  • Provide access to lockers
  • Assist with event space bookings and set-up
  • Complete floor walks utilising a checklist noting and reporting maintenance issues
  • Allocate temporary car parks on request
  • Other role-specific tasks as directed

  • Availability Monday to Friday 7.30am 12.50pm
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Able to demonstrate a common sense approach to problem solving
  • Entry-level hospitality / customer service role
  • Experience in a customer-facing role is an advantage
