We are currently seeking experienced Fish Trimmers tojoin our busy team inCanning Valeon Full Time employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Skinning Pin boning and Portioning fish fillets in a wet and cold environment.
• Assisting the filleting and processing team with various other duties.
• Always working to a high standard of Safe Food handling practices.
• Maintaining a consistently clean workstation.
• Maintaining quality and cleanliness of slicing equipment i.e. Knives kept sharp and clean tools kept clean and in good condition.

Essential Requirements:

• Must have experience as a Knife hand/Trimmer in Fresh Food Processing environment.
• Ability to work in a wet cold environment with seafood
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Full permanent work rights in Australia
• Flexible hands-on work attitude
• Sound understanding of all WH&S Protocols
• Ability to work well in a team environment
