The Shared Services Coordinator plays a critical role in providing finance administration support while coordinating day-to-day office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance support
Office support and facilities management
Travel and accommodation coordination
Employee onboarding and offboarding support
Fleet management and fuel reconciliations
The Basic Requirements:
Prior experience within a finance admin role or administrative role with a focus on finance support
Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel)
Experience with travel and accommodation booking and coordination
Excellent initiative and problem-solving skills
Can do attitude
The Highly Regarded:
Experience with Xero and Dext
Experience working within a Shared Services model
Experience in an office coordination
Experience with procurement processes
Knowledge of purchasing processes
Experience with fleet management
